🍽️ Huso — A Hidden Miracle Worth Every Bite

Some dining experiences are memorable.

And then there are places like Huso—quietly tucked inside a caviar shop—where something close to magic happens.

I can’t urge you strongly enough: go eat here.

From the moment you’re seated, you realize this isn’t just a meal—it’s a carefully orchestrated experience. Intimate, refined, and deeply intentional, Huso feels like a secret you almost don’t want to share… but absolutely must.

The menu we experienced reads like a love letter to precision and indulgence.

It begins delicately—scallop with ajo blanco and caviar, a dish that sets the tone immediately. Clean, elegant, and impossibly balanced. Then comes steelhead trout with English peas and tarragon, bright and fresh, followed by a stunning interplay of textures in violet artichoke, comté, and smoked sturgeon with caviar—a dish that quietly announces the kitchen is operating on another level.

And then… it builds.

Foie gras with duck rillette and brioche—rich without being overwhelming.

Bluefin tuna with green radish and tomato—precise and vibrant.

Lobster with white asparagus and sabayon—silky, luxurious, and unforgettable.

Each course arrives like a statement, yet never feels heavy. The pacing is flawless.

By the time you reach poulet with morel and jus gras and lamb with green asparagus and burrata, you realize this isn’t just a tasting—it’s a journey that keeps revealing new layers.

And just when you think you’ve seen it all, the desserts arrive.

Oishii koyo berry with basil flowers, followed by chocolate, cherry, and kirsch, then honey madeleines, and finally a stunning finish of Valrhona dark chocolate with citrus notes of satsuma and orange blossom—each one as thoughtful and composed as the courses before it.

Of course, caviar is ever-present—but never overpowering. It enhances, elevates, and reminds you exactly where you are.

The service? Impeccable. Warm, knowledgeable, and perfectly timed—never intrusive, always present.

Huso doesn’t shout.

It doesn’t need to.

It simply delivers one of the most refined, creative, and satisfying dining experiences you’ll find anywhere.
