A Quick Survey conducted by Salem Media Group on February 25, 2022 showed that a majority of respondents preferred Florida Governor Ron DeSantis over former President Donald J. Trump for the 2024 GOP Presidential Nomination.

- 59% preferred DeSantis to 35% who preferred Trump.
- 82% considered themselves to be conservative while 10% are independents.
