Charlene (Kelley's wife) wrote these lyrics after her father died unexpectedly. Johanna Boughman sang the lyrics. Charlene still tears up when she watches this.

Kelley and the Vapors is a band made up of one person - Kelley Keach. He writes the music, sings all the parts, and plays all the instruments recording one part at a time, and has help from his wife writing some lyrics and making the videos. The main member of the band, though, is God. He's the one who gives the ideas and the talent!
