Check out the official music video for Steven Curtis Chapman’s new song ‘Don’t Lose Heart.’

“Another sleepless night, praying hope comes with the morning light
Right now you’re feeling like you’ve lost this fight and fear is screaming out your name
When you say God help me, you’re wondering if he’s even listening
Truth is, I’ve wondered the very same thing, so, you don’t have to feel ashamed
Let me walk with you through this valley and tell you all that I’ve learned to be true”

‘Don’t’ Lose Heart’ was just released after ‘Still,’ another new song by Steven Curtis Chapman the came out in May. Here is what his record label had to say about the song ‘Don’t Lose Heart.’

“As a core track on his upcoming project, the encouraging ‘Don’t Lose Heart’ is a passionate anthem of hope, inspired by Chapman's own journey through the shallowed valley of grief and loss that he and his family have traveled.”

“I’ve heard countless stories of others who’ve walked through their own deep dark valleys, and I feel like there are some things I can say from the perspective I have now,” he said. “I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to encourage others to not lose heart, and to remind them that we’re gonna make it home…together!”

Many people online also shared how ‘Don’t Lose Heart’ has impacted them.

“What a wonderfully uplifting song that the Lord gave you! Thanks for sharing your music! It touches me deep in my soul!” one person commented after watching the music video.

LYRICS:

I have decided to follow Jesus,
I have decided to follow Jesus,
I have decided to follow Jesus,
No turning back, no turning back.

The world behind me, the cross before me,
The world behind me, the cross before me,
The world behind me, the cross before me,
No turning back, no turning back.

Though none go with me, I still will follow,
Though none go with me, I still will follow,
Though none go with me, I still will follow,
No turning back, no turning back.

Will you decide now to follow Jesus?
Will you decide now to follow Jesus?
Will you decide now to follow Jesus?
No turning back, no turning back.

I have decided to follow Jesus,
I have decided to follow Jesus,
I have decided to follow Jesus,
No turning back, no turning back

No turning back, no turning back

Bill Anderson Pens Patriotic Tune 'Old Army Hat (God Bless America Again)'

Listen to the touching words of the song 'Old Army Hat (God Bless America Again),' a patriotic tune penned by Bill Anderson.

“He came home to Tennessee, a young man at the end of ‘45
The only one of seven men in his platoon that made it back alive
He must have seen some tough times, but he never talked to much about all that
Put his pictures and his memories in a cedar chest, everything but his old Army hat”

What a great song! The lyrics describe a man who wears his old Army hat to honor his friends that did not survive WWII. And how he takes an emotional visit to the WWII memorial in Washington, DC where he passes his Army hat down to a man who lost his father to the war.

Bill Anderson shared how the song came about and what inspired the lyrics to the song.

“This song that I’m about to share with you is a true story. I read about this man in a newspaper article in his hometown. He’s from a little town called Millington, Tennessee down near Memphis. He just turned 90 years old, and he’s a WWII veteran. And when I read his story I said, ‘This is a song waiting to be written.’”

Bill continued: “I got with a great writer from down in Alabama named Walt Aldridge. And Walt and I sat down with the newspaper article and some pictures that were provided by the family, and we tried to tell the story of this man. His name is Ed Haley, 90 years young. It’s about Ed Haley and his old Army hat. I hope you’ll listen to the words.”

At the end of the song, Bill starts singing ‘America the Beautiful,’ and the rest of the room joins in. What an emotional and patriotic tune!

“There’s been times you thought you could not lift your head
And all those lonely nights when you just needed a friend
And those days goes by but the clouds keep rolling in
You’re not alone, oh, you’re not alone”

What a great and uplifting song! And the vocals of Larry Fleet and Zach Williams blend so well together. During the chorus, the two start singing harmonies together and their sound is so full, soulful, and warm.

“In the morning, in the evening, every day and in between
When it’s raining, when it’s pouring, and your grass don’t look so green
Your world might fall to pieces, but these troubles won’t last
Just remember brothers and sister, this too shall pass”

Many people online shared about how much they love this new song from these two talented artists.

High School Choir Sings Classic Hymn 'Abide With Me'

Listen to the classic hymn ‘Abide With Me’ beautifully performed by a high school choir in British Columbia, Canada.

“Abide with me, fast falls the eventide, the darkness deepens Lord, with me abide
When other helpers fail and comforts flee, help of the helpless, oh, abide with me
Swift to its close ebbs out life's little day, earth's joys grow dim, its glories pass away
Change and decay in all around I see, O Thou who changest not, abide with me”

What a phenomenal music video! The young women in the video are from Fountainview Academy, which is a Christian high school based in southern British Columbia, Canada.

All three of them have such beautiful voices, and they are singing in such a stunning setting. Their harmonies are wonderful, and it is heavenly to listen to their voices blend together. As the music video progresses, the young women walk towards a group of musicians playing next to them on the side of the mountain. The whole production is amazing and uplifting, and it is great to see these students using their gift to bring God glory.

"The music, the singing, the scenery -- all beautiful,” comments one person on YouTube after watching the music video.

“Truly beautiful. You three lovely young ladies with the musicians nailed it. Thank you and many blessings,” writes another person online.

The song ‘Abide With Me’ is a Christian hymn by Scottish Anglican Henry Francis Lyte. He wrote it in 1847 as he was dying from tuberculosis, and the words are a prayer to God to stay with the speaker throughout life and in death. It is most often sung to the tune ‘Eventide’ by the English organist William Henry Monk.

We hope that you enjoyed listening to this high school choir’s rendition of ‘Abide With Me’ and it was able to uplift you today!

Calm In Epidemic Storm. "Leaning On The Everlasting Arms"

Storm. The whole world has been in a storm for the last few years. Jesus too was in the storm. Some folks head peace in that storm because they trusted Jesus. Some folks wear anxious because they didn’t trust Jesus.

This acapella hymn, "Leaning On The Everlasting Arms", is sung by Acapeldridge, and we created a video with lyrics for the song.

Acapella hymns with lyrics like "Leaning On The Everlasting Arms" (sung by an acapella quartet) will bless you mightily throughout your day, because they are old fashioned, and bible based. Without any instruments, you can simply enjoy (and watch) the lyrics, and receive that spiritual comfort God wants you to feel.

Stunning Cover Of 'His Love' By Nathan Pacheco

Check out this stunning cover of ‘His Love’ by Nathan Pacheco and performed by Curtis Morely.

“There is a man who heals the soul, I heard them say. daily He walks with those who
Cannot find their way. Only this heart knows how I long to feel His touch.
I ask, can He fill my empty cup. So many voices call, it's hard to find my way
With so many weaknesses, I struggle every day. Those who have found Him
Those who feel His healing hands, deep in their hearts, they understand and they know
His love can heal, His love will lead me, and His love will endure forever
His hands reach to hold and to lead me and his heart longs to bring me home again”

What an amazing video of Nathan Pacheco’s song ‘His Love.’ In the video, the talented vocalist is Curtis Morely. The videography was done by Josh Sales, and the audio recording was Tyler Castleton’s work.

“Thank you to everyone who watched this video! We had a blast being able to produce this for you!” the team wrote in the caption of their YouTube video.

The video starts off with a piano playing beautifully in the background while statues around a garden are shown. Then Curtis comes into view in a forest and starts to sing ‘His Love.’ The song is just wonderful to listen to, and it is filled with so much truth about God’s unending love.

‘His Love’ is by Nathan Pacheco who is an opera trained tenor who sings with the warmth of the great pop artists. He is also a Washington DC native of Brazilian descent. Nathan expresses his love of languages by writing lyrics in Italian, Portuguese and Spanish with the passion of a poet. “I sing from my heart,” says Nathan. “Because that’s the way they do it in Brazil.”

We hope that you enjoyed listening to this rendition of ‘His Love’ today!

Tell Him what you want, wo, that line ain't never busy, tell Him what you want
Well, the line ain't never busy, tell Him what you want

He is the best friend we could ever hope to have.

Father-Daughter Duet To “Here Comes the Sun” and “I Can See Clearly Now”

Two classic weather-related anthems are made new when combined into this amazing father-daughter duet to “Here Comes the Sun” and “I Can See Clearly Now,” and it’s a performance sure to brighten any day!

Mat and Savanna come to us from their home in Kaysville, Utah, where Savanna, in an effort to stay connected with her choir friends during the COVID-19 pandemic, set up an Instagram account—her first social media account. In the 2.5 years since they posted their very first duet in February 2020, they have recorded four albums and earned 600,000 subscribers on their YouTube channel. These two are on fire!

Mat and Savanna record songs that are uplifting and encouraging to listeners, but it’s not merely the lyrics that make their fans feel good! This father-daughter pair are abundantly talented, and their ability to harmonize together is remarkable!

Enjoy this unique rendering of the two well-known hits by The Beatles and Johnny Nash, recorded originally in 1969 and 1972, respectively. The arrangement here is pure perfection and the work of Stephen Nelson. There are several surprises along the way that make the classics even better than remembered! Pay particular attention at: 50 seconds, 2.0 minutes, 2:35 minutes, and 3.28 minutes. Mat and Savanna’s vocal gifts are on full display, their rich, pure voices blending wonderfully!

While the view outside the massive windows indicate an overcast sky and a lot of wind, Matt, 41, and Savanna, 17, deliver nothing but “bright skies.” Their smiles and stunningly beautiful voices are cloud chasers for sure. In addition, Mat and Savanna chose to use their talent to support charities. Among those organizations was the Utah Food Bank, which was struggling to meet the needs at the height of the pandemic.

Matt and his wife Brooke have four children; Savanna is the eldest of the four. She looks just a bit like her daddy, doesn’t she! There wasn’t much good to say about COVID-19, but God doesn’t make mistakes. And, one amazing gift that the crisis gave the world was Mat and Savanna Shaw—a father-daughter duet with tons of talent and great big hearts!

“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.” Romans 8:28
