Salem Media Group Dallas is looking for a digitally-savvy, highly motivated Digital Campaign Specialist (DCS).  This position will work alongside our agency team to ensure client success and work with media strategists to recommend digital strategies to clients, create digital campaign proposals, and work with the internal Ad Operations team to optimize campaigns effectively for the best possible client results.

We pride ourselves on simplifying the marketing process for our customers while helping advertisers track the impact of their campaigns and understand their advertising options. In short, we help our customers grow their businesses.

On a daily basis, you would...

• Communicate with clients to make sure proper tactics & creative are running
• Proactively dive into campaigns to check optimization status and make corrections as needed
• Be on key client calls to help media strategists close more revenue
• Build weekly, monthly, and quarterly recaps for client and media strategist review

• You have excellent working knowledge and experience understanding and interpreting both first and third-party data for our digital campaigns
• You are able to multitask and balance the needs of multiple clients & salespeople at the same time
• You enjoy teaching others about digital campaign opportunities
• You are self-motivated and results-oriented
• You have great problem-solving and analytical abilities
