On Saturday, July 13th, 2024 a lone-gunman opened fire at former President Donald J. Trump while he was speaking at a presidential campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania. President Trump was struck by a bullet in the upper portion of his right ear and was able to walk away from the scene as Secret Service personnel surrounding him.
