Stelio Savante, a seasoned actor known for films like Infidel and Pursuit of Freedom, shared insights into his latest project, Between Borders, during an interview with Crosswalk Talk. The film, in theaters January 26–28, is based on the true story of an Armenian woman navigating persecution in Azerbaijan and Russia before seeking asylum in the United States. Stelio, who was drawn to the project due to its authenticity and integrity, praised the film's exploration of resilience and spiritual strength. Highlighting Elizabeth Tabish’s remarkable performance, he noted the powerful message of hope and perseverance in the face of adversity.

Reflecting on his career, Stelio discussed his South African roots and how his faith journey has shaped his work. He shared moving anecdotes about working on The Chosen and its predecessor, The Two Thieves, emphasizing how the series has reached people worldwide, even in regions where Christianity is suppressed.
